Proposal Manager
The process was very slow, I went through several interviews and they all went well, the people were very friendly, but the process is really slow. They conducted a socioeconomic study where I provided my data and information. After 2 months and with my papers submitted for them to make the economic proposal, they told me they weren't going to continue with the process. Unfortunately, I heard that several people have gone through this with them.
- Can you tell me about your background and experience?
- What are your areas of expertise?
- How do you manage difficult situations?
Intern
The first step was a group discussion and introduction with other candidates and the company's recruiting team. The second step involved a group activity to brainstorm problem solutions and an individual interview with the managers. There were no technical questions, just discussions to see if our interests aligned.
- Tell me about your previous experiences.
- How would you describe your knowledge level in specific fields?
- We'd like to understand your career aspirations and see how they match what we're looking for.
IT Analyst
I submitted my resume through the company website. The screening process involved a phone or video interview to check basic qualifications and fit. This was followed by multiple rounds, potentially including technical assessments and behavioral interviews. After these, I got the offer, and had to wait a week for any response from the company. New employees usually go through orientation and training to get familiar with the company culture, policies, and their role. Good luck everyone!
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Do you have prior IT experience?
- Are you familiar with troubleshooting hardware and software issues?
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Applied via LinkedIn. Had a recruiter pre-screening call to set up the first interview, which was with HR. It was a pretty good interview where they asked about my background, salary needs, and the types of jobs I've recruited for. They said I'd hear back by the end of the week about moving forward. When I didn't get a response, I followed up via email, but they still didn't have an update. The next week, they let me know that due to budget constraints, I wouldn't be proceeding to the next stage. Despite the slow feedback, it felt like a decent recruiting process overall.
- Can you walk me through your experience?
- What are your salary expectations?
- Could you describe the types of roles you have sourced for?
