First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Logical Position.
Marketing Specialist
I applied directly through the website because I heard good things from people who work there. The office coordinator reached out to me really fast after I applied, like within a day or two. She gave me a super detailed and real description of the job over the phone. We had a quick preliminary phone interview that lasted about ten minutes, and then she scheduled me for an in-person interview. Just make sure you follow the usual interview steps: dress well, get there early, and know something about the company. They actually check out your background and really look at your resume, so make sure it's good quality – this also applies to your online stuff like LinkedIn! I interviewed with the top managers in the office, the GM and the office coordinator. They were both wearing company shirts, which made me feel more relaxed. They tell you what the job really entails and the pay structure upfront, and then they ask questions to get to know you better. The interview felt more like a friendly chat, but still professional, so just be yourself – be aware of your skills and hobbies! If I recall correctly, the in-person interview was about 30-45 minutes. I was really happy with how the hiring process went overall; it felt like the perfect example of how companies should hire.
- What qualities make you a good friend?
Marketing Specialist
I applied online and heard from a recruiter the next day who wanted to chat more about the role. Then, they asked me to come in for an in-person interview within a week. Management and recruiters seem very desperate to fill new office in Charlotte with competant young people who don't know any better or anyone desperate for a job.
- Could you explain the nature of our business?
Marketing Specialist
Applied on Indeed and a Recruiter contacted me. Had a phone interview and then an in-person interview, all in the same week. Dress business casual/formal for the in-person. They want to know if you're qualified and seem to have lots of training opportunities. Met with the GM, Office Coordinator & Assistant Manager. Got an offer within a few days, less than 2 weeks from applying.
- Why are you a strong candidate for this role?
- What's your understanding of our company and what we offer?
- What do you know regarding Google AdWords?
