Behavioral Case

My interview experience was structured and thoughtful, reflecting their consulting culture. The process was brief with the account manager and team member. The questions focused on real-world scenarios involving stakeholder management, risk tracking, Agile frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration. It resulted in an offer which I never started and then they totally ghosted.

The interview process was very smooth and transparent. The HR team and interviewers were very nice and made me feel comfortable right from the start. It was a classic behavioral interview process, with a lot of focus on cultural fit, as they consider 'cultural WE' a pillar for everything.

A recruiter from the company reached out to me on LinkedIn to see if I was interested. I then scheduled an initial phone screening with their recruiting associate. After that, they set up a two-part Zoom interview that was 90 minutes long. It wasn't clear which team or function I would be working in. The recruiting associate said they'd let me know about the next steps. I reached out about a week later for an update but didn't hear back. I waited another week and tried again for an update, but they never responded.
