First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Logic Information Systems.
Intern
The interview was held in a chill and comfortable setting, which made things smooth. They asked some technical questions about SQL scripting and the Oracle dev environment. Also, some web dev questions came up. They were looking for folks familiar with Oracle tools.

Software Engineer
It was a four-stage process with some technical screening. The first screening was pretty standard. I really liked the team's kindness and the overall culture from the start. The interviewers seemed to have read my resume well and were ready.
- They reviewed my resume and asked role clarification questions.
Business Consultant
So, a current employee at Logic recommended me and I was contacted right away by a Recruitment Specialist. We chatted in-depth about my past experience, my knowledge of Oracle RMS, and implementing projects. Then, about two weeks later, I had my second interview with a Senior Consultant who dug deeper into the applications and processes I've worked with. The third interview was also a couple of weeks after that with the Principal Consultant, and this one focused a lot on leadership, teamwork, and communication.
- Do you enjoy group work? Tell me about your past jobs and why you want to consult for Logic. Can you travel 80% of the time? Share an example of a project you finished. Tell me about the last time you led a business meeting or gave a presentation.
Customer Service Agent
The whole process involves handling all system attendances and reservations, always attending with education and respect. This includes attending visitors and outsourced personnel, phone calls, and other tasks like taking towels and other items, blankets, and plates.
