I had a great interview with the manager, who was awesome. Unfortunately, I never heard back. He mentioned he was just starting, so my application might have gotten lost, but even a simple rejection would have been appreciated. He did say I seemed overqualified, though.

The interview process was quick and had two parts. I had to wait a bit for the interviewer since they were busy, so I'd suggest arriving early. I showed up 15 minutes before both scheduled times, but they were only available about 30 minutes after. It was a two-part interview process, and since the interviewer was busy, I recommend coming in early. I arrived 15 minutes before both interviews and was seen about 30 minutes late for each.

It was pretty straightforward. The hiring managers asked me questions to understand my motivation for wanting to work there. They also inquired about my prior experience in the food service industry and wanted to get a sense of my personality. They seem to value honesty a lot, and in my experience, being honest and having a positive attitude really helps your chances. Punctuality was also a key topic, and they wanted to know if I could reliably arrive on time.
