Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process started with an HR call that was purely behavioral. The first round involved a spark hire assessment with unlimited attempts. The second round was a Zoom interview with HR. Following these initial stages, there are further rounds with the company to determine placement either with their portfolio companies or with Loeb itself. The application requires you to indicate interest in specific portfolio companies, so research on those beforehand is recommended.
