There were a couple of rounds for this position. Expectations were set correctly, but I found the HR to be very slow and they wouldn't share feedback even when I followed up. The interviewers, however, were great and very knowledgeable.

Behavioral Technical

Just a heads up, don't bother applying or going for an interview at Lodha Group in Pune (Baner office). The HR and interviewers there are really bad and rude. They already have their favorites and will cut you off during the interview. My experience was truly pathetic. Don't waste your time with this group, despite the big name. The management and hiring folks are not good people to work with.

The interview process involved three rounds. It started with an HR call, followed by a meeting with the manager, and concluded with a meeting with the GM. The rounds were generally easy, though it required a lot of follow-up with HR to get the offer letter.
