The interview process had two main stages. The first round focused heavily on JavaScript, React JS, and CSS. The second round was an assignment. Honestly, the way they evaluated the assignment was pretty bad. They got stuck on minor details that aren't really important in real-world projects. My advice: don't bother with the assignment if you can, just show them your personal work. If they like that, great, proceed. Otherwise, just pass.

Coding Technical

The interview process had 2 rounds. First, a coding assignment, and the second was an on-site interview that also involved a coding task. The HR and interviewer were nice and empathetic. The whole process was transparent and genuine. My advice for future candidates interviewing on-site at locus is to practice and get better at coding task execution speed, as it's important during the interview.

The whole process had two rounds, done online. Each round looked at different stuff about me. It was online so it was pretty easy and quick for everyone.
