First, there's a technical interview covering software knowledge. After that, you'll have a personal interview with the principal Architect. If that goes well, they'll ask about your willingness to commit to a 2-year bond. They can end the bond anytime they want. If the bond is broken by either you or them, you won't get an experience certificate and your work samples will be withheld.

The interview process took 2 days. I think they are not actually hiring anyone and just have fake job postings to get more investment. The questions were college level, and I answered them all. However, HR rejected me saying I lack technical skills. Fake Hiring Alert.

The interview process had four rounds. The first was an introduction, followed by a DSA round, then a project discussion, and finally an HR round. I made it to the DSA rounds and felt I did well, receiving positive comments from the interviewer about my attempt. I was expecting a quick update, but after waiting for days and weeks, I reached out to HR. Initially, she promised feedback soon, but after another follow-up, I received a rejection email with no specific feedback. This lack of communication and feedback was frustrating, especially after performing well in the DSA round, leading me to question the honesty of the process. The HR team's behavior felt unprofessional and egoistic.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

This was a really great interview process. It has three main parts: First, a VC screening to really dig into your knowledge. Second, they'll check your familiarity with recruitment tools, strategies, how you handle stakeholders, and your knowledge of Locus. The last round is a more strategic discussion about your vision. What's cool is they give you feedback and the final decision right on the call. Everyone on the panel was super nice and approachable outside the interview part.

Confirmed questions6 questions
  • Can you explain your understanding of the technology stack?
  • What is your understanding of recruitment tools?
  • Describe your approach to hiring for a specific position.
