I went through an interview process with two interviews and a technical test. The recruiter call was super chill. Then there was the technical test, it wasn't too complex but very open-ended. The third stage was an interview with a mid-level developer and the IT manager. The manager was very chill but had to leave for another meeting. The developer started asking me about various technologies that weren't even related to the job, and kept questioning me about the project's architecture, code design, etc. (even though it was a two-day project). But in the end, he gave the general feedback for the project and it seemed like I would be hired. I waited over 30 days for a response, and it was a generic email saying I didn't pass. I even asked the recruiter for more human feedback because I liked the company, and nothing, I was ignored again.

I went through the hiring process with the company, and it seems really great. They presented a lot of benefits, and from what we discussed, it sounds like a good place to work. However, their recruitment system seems a bit disorganized. I completed the first part of the selection process and a cultural fit assessment. After waiting a few days, I was contacted by another recruiter to redo the initial stage of the selection process. (This happened without me even getting a response from the first one.) For such a large company, it would be beneficial to have a better system for tracking candidates who already have ongoing applications.
