The initial interview was handled by a third-party recruitment company, and they were really organized and professional throughout. They asked basic questions to get a better understanding of my professional profile, past experiences, skills, and expectations for the role. We also discussed my professional motivations, availability, and overall fit for the position. The conversation was relaxed, with the recruiter being clear and direct, which allowed for a good exchange of information and an initial alignment on the selection process and next steps.

It was a very dynamic process. The first interview was with a group of 10 people from different regions. The second interview was with the store manager, where we discussed my professional background. It was a pleasant and comfortable interview, and the manager was very attentive. The third interview was with the regional divisional manager. This was also a very healthy interview, with intelligent questions and an analysis of my professional profile. The next day, I received the approval and the offer letter. I'm now in the hiring process and very happy to be part of the #sangueverde team.

Achei o processo desnecessário. Foi realizado um simulado sem que o candidato estivesse contratado e sem o devido conhecimento sobre a política da empresa. A participação de três pessoas tornou a dinâmica excessivamente pressionadora, o que considero desnecessário para a etapa do processo.
