The process was super chill, the interviewer was really patient and showed a lot of empathy. It was done online, which made things easier and faster, which was great because I didn't have to spend money on travel or time getting there. They were really careful to let me know by email that I didn't get the job, which was a great way to get feedback.

Foi maravilhoso! Começou com uma ligação da empresa. Atendi e já fiquei empolgado pelo 'Bom dia' super carismático. Conversou bastante comigo por telefone, sem pressa, e quando eu não entendia, ela repetia, e quando não me entendia, ela falava para eu falar de novo, super dinâmica. Essa fase inicial foi ótima. Depois veio a entrevista presencial com duas gestoras. O local era confortável, elas estavam bem arrumadas, com roupa alinhada, e tinham uma fala dinâmica e educada. Me deixaram bem à vontade e a entrevista com elas foi super descontraída. Após essa entrevista, a empresa ligou e disse que eu estava indo bem no processo e que agora seria uma entrevista pelo Teams com mais uma gestora. Me enviaram o e-mail com dia e hora para a entrevista e esclareceram todas as minhas dúvidas. Fui ao Teams como orientado e fiz a entrevista com a gestora, que foi super educada, simpática, recíproca e bem intelectual, adorei! Após essa entrevista, a empresa me ligou e disse: 'Parabéns, você faz parte da família LOCALIZA!'
