I went through the company's hiring process. They did all the tests and then I had an interview with the hiring managers. It was a really relaxed interview, and the managers stressed a lot about how customer service needs to be excellent. They also talked about the company values, saying they should be really good! It was a group interview. At the end, they told us we'd get feedback, good or bad, the next week. It's been over a month now, and contacting HR is useless. They play with the feelings of people who are genuinely interested and need a job! I've lost all my admiration for the company.

I was called for an interview two weeks after taking online tests. The first interview was in a group setting with two other people, and I waited for feedback for over a month. I had practically given up when I received a call from Localiza asking if I was interested in scheduling a chat for the exact same opportunity. When I asked the recruiter, she said the other HR person had gone on vacation, which explained the lack of follow-up, but she would schedule me again to meet. When I joined the meeting, another candidate was there, and she gave us tips for the interview with the customer service management. The next day, the final stage happened, where they asked me various things about myself and my background. I received positive feedback the same day and started the following week. I think the delay was due to the HR department's lack of organizational logistics, but the final part of the process was very smooth.

I had an in-person interview at one of Localiza's branches. There were 3 interviewers and me. The interviewers were nice, friendly, and on time. They made me feel comfortable and seemed to really know and enjoy their work.
