The interview was conducted via phone call and video call. Overall, the interview was nice, but the lack of respect for the candidate was disappointing. The interview lasted an hour, they said they would give feedback within a week, but they deactivated the job posting and didn't even provide an automatic response. And another thing: they did the same thing twice. If the company is disorganized in managing a job opening, imagine what it must be like internally.

RH reached out via WhatsApp; had an interview with the recruiter; a week later, interviewed with the manager; got positive feedback and they sent a link for the PIR psychological test; had another interview with the manager; RH messaged saying they really liked my profile and would contact me soon for next steps. Two weeks passed, RH messaged saying they were waiting for the manager's feedback to proceed; after 2 months and 10 days, no response from RH. In summary, if you're desperate and have no other options, it's worth it, but know you won't get any feedback. They'll give you hope and then disappear. If you're employed, take it slow, don't trade what's certain for what's doubtful. Based on their actions during the process, they are not a responsible company.
