Sales Executive
The initial screening went well, but the main interview was terrible. The manager was rude and clearly uninterested in my background and skills. He kept leaving the video call to take phone calls, asked only two or three questions, and that was it. At the end, he didn't even turn on his video to say goodbye or thank me for my interest. I immediately contacted HR to report the situation and withdraw my interest in the role. It was a huge disappointment with Localiza, a multinational company that seems to have the mentality of a small-time used car dealership.

Quick interview and quick decision from the manager. Company well located, big building, many people. Quick interview and quick decision from the manager. - Why should I hire you?
Sales Executive
I went through the process in March 2025, and there were 9 stages in total (Gupy). Only the test stage felt like it had too little time to answer the questions; the rest was all smooth. The Sales Simulator stage was sensational because you simulate selling the product you'll be working with (none of that stuff about selling a bald tire, a pen with no ink, a broken jug, etc.). This stage is crucial for seeing the consultant's development. Even though it was Gupy, the response from the interview was very quick.
- Tell me about yourself.
- Describe your professional experience.
- Why did you leave your last job?
