I was contacted by a recruiter and had a nice personal interview. They were interested and wanted a second phone interview, this time a technical one. The interviewer was kind of rude, but I got an email saying they liked my interview and the next step was an assessment. I received a 2-week assessment which I completed and sent. After submitting, I stopped hearing back. I think the assessment was well done and covered everything, but I understand if they chose someone else. However, I find it rude that they never replied about the assessment I worked on for 2 weeks, even after I sent several follow-up emails asking for feedback or an answer.

Technical Coding System Design Behavioral

Started with a usual phone screen with HR, then I had to do a coding project from a git repo they sent. It was a REST Api for a Todo list, which was pretty cool and I got to try out some new testing tools like Spock and Groovy. The last step was the in-person interview, which involved one-on-one chats with about 4 people, ranging from engineers up to directors and a VP. The salary they offered was unfortunately too low for market rates and even less than I'm currently making. Also, HR asked about my current salary during the phone screen, which is apparently against new CA laws.

The interviewer forgot about our scheduled interview and I waited for their call, but it never happened. They rescheduled, and then asked about my interests and what I'd been working on.
