Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at LocaliQ.
Sales
It was a professional and standard interview, mostly intro questions. They described the role and company more. It was over a call, and they asked me questions. Then they asked if I had any questions. They also discussed potential next steps and went over the role in more detail. Overall, it was a standard interview process handled professionally by the HR person. No complaints, they have been around for a while.
- Can you share your experience?
- What are your salary expectations?
- What is your education?
Sales
I had a phone screen with HR, then went through 1st round with the hiring manager, and a 2nd round with the GM. The 3rd and final round was a group interview with the hiring manager, GM, and the Director of Sales. The overall process was positive, with good feedback and timely updates. However, after the final interview, I was ghosted. I followed up via email with both the hiring manager and the HR contact, but I never received a response.
- How do you handle your time management, sales pipeline, and prospecting efforts?
- Can you describe your methods for managing your time, sales pipeline, and prospecting?
- Tell me about how you approach time management, sales pipeline organization, and prospecting.
Sales Representative
Once the Recruiter had fixed me up with an interview I went over to their office twice. First was an initial interview where they asked classic questions about my resume and background, not much on my person. Second was a role play to see if I can hit the ground running.
- For the role play, you are put in a "real-life" situation with a potential (Dentist) client. Make sure to break down all the numbers.
