Behavioral Technical Other

There were 3 stages to the interview process. First, an informal call, then a face-to-face meeting, and finally a competency test. The whole interview process felt very unprofessional. I was given specific dates for when I would hear back about the results, but I never did. When I emailed to ask for updates, I was told that I had emailed too much, which made them hesitant to hire me. I also received a phone call between the second and third stages, where they mentioned that my lack of a driver's license might be an issue. I sent an email to reassure them that this wouldn't be a problem, but instead, they told me that my excessive emailing was the reason they didn't want to hire me.

They mentioned that there would be three rounds of interviews, but for me and my friends who applied, there were only two rounds. The interview process wasn't well-managed at all. We all showed up at the scheduled time, but when we arrived at the Mumbai office for the second round, they didn't even seem to know we were supposed to be there for an interview or that interviews were scheduled. It felt like a complete waste of our time.

The process started with a pre-screen phone call and then moved to a group interview. After that, there was a meeting with the founder. The in-person meeting was held at their offices after the initial phone interview. It felt like a comfortable process overall. The company was recently bought and was in the process of moving offices.
