Project Manager
The interview process was straightforward. It started with a recruiter screening, then an interview with the hiring manager, and a final Go/No Go call with Senior Leadership. The recruiter was very professional and guided me through the whole process. The hiring manager round focused on behavioral and project management questions. It went really well. Two days after that interview, the recruiter emailed saying the hiring manager had a great conversation and she'd follow up the next week with a decision. Then I was in limbo for three weeks with no updates, after which they got back to me saying they moved on with another candidate. Overall, it was a nice experience, and the recruiter was especially professional.
