Call Center Representative
The hiring managers are very organized, but the interview might feel different. It's not a personal interview; you'll be in a group with 15-20 other applicants. Everyone will answer the same questions one by one. It's challenging, but showing dedication and willingness to learn helps a lot. They do a good job setting expectations so you know what the job involves, and then it's up to you to explain why you're a good fit.
- Tell me about yourself and what led you to this point?
- What was your previous work experience?
- What makes you believe you are suited for this role?
Customer Service Representative
It was a super straightforward process. First, I got a call from Jason, a recruiter, who told me all about LoanDepot and what they offer. After that, I was set up for an interview at LoanDepot. The first part was a group interview where they asked us basic questions like why we're interested in the company and why we'd be a good fit. Then, we had a one-on-one interview. In this part, they asked me questions and explained how the company works, what my day-to-day would be like, basically, what to expect. They also talked about what the company can do for me and my future career path. The questions were mostly designed to see if I could handle the job and also tested my confidence and interest.
- Why would you like to work at LoanDepot?
Customer Service Representative
Interviewed with 2 supervisors to see if I'd get the final interview with the contact center supervisor. Then had a one-on-one with the contact supervisor for the final interview. After that, went into training for a week, got a crash course on mortgage lending, took a test, and then was put on the phones by the end of the week.
- Tell me about your last job.
- Are you able to multitask?
- How do you handle anger or frustration?
