Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at LMI.
Consultant
It started with a recruiter call to check if I was a good fit and if I was interested. Then, I had some one-on-one interviews with people who would be my peers and some senior folks. They wanted to see how much I knew, if I could work with others, and if I fit the team vibe. Finally, there was a panel interview with many people, and I also had to do a mock presentation to show how well I could communicate, think things through, and present to a group.
- Do you think I'm a good fit for this role?
Junior Consultant
It was pretty relaxed. The interview was more of a chat about the role, the company, and then my fit and contributions. The unlimited PTO program really sealed the deal for me.
- Do you have prior experience in this specific area?
Consultant
You'll have a phone screen first, then a panel interview with the PM and lead consultants. Both interviews are about 30-45 minutes. It's important to know about the federal agency you're interviewing to contract with.
- Can you tell me about your resume and why you're the best fit for this position?
