My interview process with LMI started well, they got back to me fast and I got scheduled to talk to the hiring manager quickly. But, they skipped talking to the recruiter, and I had to ask about benefits and timelines later when we had to reschedule. After the interview, I sent a thank-you note and followed up again with the recruiter, but I never heard back and only found out I didn't get the job from the application portal. Candidates should be careful because the hiring process needs work. I can't recommend this company because they lack basic professionalism.

It was a Zoom call where we discussed my professional experience in depth. It was relatively brief, with three people on the panel. I had time to ask questions. The process was fine overall. Other team members were in different remote locations. The HR POC requested follow-up information, and I had a second call with an interviewer to answer more questions.

It started with a recruiter call to check if I was a good fit and if I was interested. Then, I had some one-on-one interviews with people who would be my peers and some senior folks. They wanted to see how much I knew, if I could work with others, and if I fit the team vibe. Finally, there was a panel interview with many people, and I also had to do a mock presentation to show how well I could communicate, think things through, and present to a group.
