So, it was a three step process. First, I had a tel interview with recruitment, which lasted about 15 minutes. Then, I had two interviews in the office. The second interview was about 50 minutes, and the last one, which included knowledge questions, took around 45 minutes.

This was a really bad interview experience, honestly one of the worst. The job description was off from the start and didn't reflect the actual role. I prepped based on it, but the interview went in a totally different direction. They hit me with all 5 culture values in the first interview, feeling like they cared more about culture-fit than role-fit. It was rushed, awkward, and one-sided with no follow-ups. The two role-fit questions were these complicated 4-part things that didn't make much sense, and again, no real probing into my answers. I left feeling zero excitement about working there because the whole thing was so poorly handled, which makes me wonder about how they do business. No initial screen either, and then a two-week wait for a response.

It was a face-to-face interview that lasted about an hour. It was competency-based and not too intimidating. My agent was really helpful, giving me the job description, notes on Lloyds Values, and some potential questions.
