Behavioral Technical Coding Presentation

The interview process was really smooth and fast. I had two phone interviews (30mns each) and then was asked to come for an on-site interview. The phone interviews included behavioral questions and brainteasers. They also want to see if you are really interested in tech, and may ask you some more technical questions (e.g. I had some basic coding questions). As for the on-site interview, I had to prepare a presentation (you can choose the subject) and give it in front of 3 employees. Then I had five 1:1 interviews (30mns each) which had situational questions (problem solving oriented questions), behavioral questions and background questions. I got an offer 3 days after my on-site interview. The company's culture is amazing and you can see that fit is really important to them!! Everyone was really nice and engaging. At the end of the process, you know you want to be part of such an amazing team!

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The recruiter at LiveRamp got back to me quickly. I had a phone chat with HR, then another with someone from their PM/CI team, and finally a third with the head of their PM team. The phone interviews were pretty straightforward as long as you could discuss your background and what LiveRamp does. Everyone was really nice and answered my questions well. After those three calls, there was an on-site interview. It had two parts: first, a 30-minute presentation on an assignment they gave me to three team members. Then, I spoke with three other team members. Two of them were more technical, asking about programming experience and how I'd tackle a specific programming problem. The last one was more of a get-to-know-you chat. One of the technical interviews was tough because the interviewer didn't explain the problem clearly. I had to ask a bunch of questions to figure out what they wanted, which left less time for actually solving it and discussing it. Even though they were all pleasant, that second technical interview was frustrating, and I feel like it probably hurt my chances, even though I don't think it was my fault. The final step after the on-site was an interview with the CEO.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process included a phone screen, a management call, and an on-site interview. I was supposed to give a presentation, but I never got the details, and the recruiter didn't mention it the day before. When I found out about it on the day of, they said it wouldn't be a big deal. However, when I was called about the rejection, the recruiter suggested that things might have gone differently if I had done the presentation.
