It was a pretty standard interview process, starting with a recruiter sync, then a hiring manager interview, followed by a director level interview. The final round involved a panel where I had to give a project presentation. The whole thing dragged on from June 2025 to November 2025. I actually got rejected the first time, but they reached out again a month later to interview with the hiring manager. All the interviews pretty much focused on how I'd handle tough clients or tricky client situations, mixing in 'tell me about a time when' questions with some hypothetical ones. The final project was basically a mock client kickoff call presented to a panel of 4 people. Honestly, everyone I talked to was super nice and really engaging, and I felt great after each conversation. The final round felt really validating and went well. But then it took them a month and a half to get back to me, just to say they were moving forward with other candidates. Recruiting barely gave any updates, so it felt like they were just keeping me on the back burner, maybe hoping for someone better? People were lovely though! The process itself wasn't the best.

They gave me a presentation to do, even though they had already decided to offer me the job. They canceled the interview the day before, after I had already put in time and effort on the assignment. It felt like they weren't upfront, respectful, or courteous. They could have just put the process on hold for me.

Behavioral Presentation

I had a really great experience overall! First, I did a HireVue interview where I recorded myself answering questions. It wasn't too bad because I got multiple chances to redo my answers. Then, I chatted with a hiring manager, followed by a presentation round. Immediately after that, I had four 1:1 interviews back-to-back. Everyone I met was nice, knew their stuff, and was really supportive. The whole process moved quickly, which I appreciated.
