The interview process was alright up until the panel interview. The interviewers were quite rude and appeared disinterested during our conversation. Despite my prior SDR experience, their questions were rudimentary and condescending, implying I lacked understanding of the role, which was a degrading experience.

It was a great process overall. The first stages involved three phone interviews. The first was with HR, the second with the Head of Sales Development and Account Executives, and the last with a current SDR. They asked very detailed and deliberate questions about my background, company knowledge, and my overall feel for the position. After these calls, I was invited to their super modern and open offices in NYC. The hospitality was great, and I felt like part of the team from start to finish. I met with three different team members from the Sales Development and Account Executive team. All the meetings covered all aspects of working at LivePerson, especially within their team. It was a pleasant and comfortable experience, and working at LivePerson is an excellent opportunity!

So the interview process was pretty easy to follow, it started with a phone screen where I talked to the recruiter and the hiring manager, and then there was an in-person interview with a few people from the team. Everything was really clear and things moved fast. Sandy, my recruiter, was super nice and always let me know what was going on. The team I met with was great – smart, friendly, and they answered all my questions really well. They seem to really care about teamwork and fitting in with the company culture. Honestly, it was a really pleasant interview experience with awesome people.
