I applied online and then got an email to do a voice audition, which was a dial-in phone test with an automated system. I had to read a script and answer some questions about handling customer objections. I think they listen to these recordings later, focusing more on clear and professional speaking than perfect answers, as I stumbled a bit lacking info. I got an offer the day after the assessment. After that, I submitted a background check (which I had to pay for), and it took a few weeks. Then, I had a few weeks of training.

Technical Presentation

after all the testing is complete they make a call to you and there is a set of questions asked you. After you complete the phone call the interviewer tells you what you did wrong and if you passed. At that time you do have the option to study again and schedule another call or just schedule another call for the next day. They were very interested if you could talk to customers, read the script exactly as written and close the sale and very importantly read all the legal verbage required for selling over the phone. That was very important because companies are regulated and fined if their agents don't read the legal information.

I submitted an online application, which took about 10 minutes. Soon after, in less than 24 hours, I received an email for a voice audition. This involved reading a script of three to four paragraphs and answering some questions about my past experience. Following that, I was asked to complete a background and credit check, which cost $65.
