First, there was a round testing basic aptitude skills like number and word matching, where the main challenge was speed and thinking on your feet. Then, a technical round with a mix of basic and moderate Python and SQL questions, focusing on writing queries and solving problems. This round felt like they wanted to see my approach. After that, an HR round mostly about my background, strengths, and how I'd fit into the team, along with company values and culture. Finally, I talked to the Managing Director about past projects and their relevance, and they shared the company's vision. It was a conversational chat that gave me a good sense of the company's goals. The whole process was smooth, organized, and enjoyable, and the interviewers were easy to talk to. I was happy to get the offer!

Behavioral Technical

The interview process at Liventus was a great experience. They were quick to respond after I submitted my application, quickly got me a virtual interview, and then quickly scheduled my second round. All interviewers did a fantastic job of making the interview conversational, as opposed to just grilling me with questions. That speak volumes of the culture here. The Executive Assistant who scheduled all of this was quick to reply to emails, and was on the ball as far as getting me next steps and additional steps I needed to take. All in all, I would say the interview experience was seamless and well thought-out.

Behavioral Technical Coding

The interview process was really bad. I went through two rounds. The first round had over 50 questions covering behavioral, aptitude, technical topics, etc. It was generally easy but the time given was very short. The second round was a technical interview where the interviewer was very nice and polite. They asked me fundamental Python questions and gave me some small problems to solve. The interviewer had a great attitude and paid close attention to all my questions. The interview lasted about 2 hours and the interviewer seemed happy with my performance. I didn't hear back from the company, so I emailed them. They replied that my experience didn't match their requirements as they were looking for someone with over 5 years of experience. My question to the talent acquisition team is why did you waste my time if this was the case? You could have clarified this at the beginning. The company reviews are generally good with great perks, but I suggest the company talk to their talent acquisition team to make the recruitment process smoother for candidates.

Coding Technical Behavioral

This company has one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful hiring processes. They drag candidates through endless rounds, ask dozens of coding and programming questions, and make you spend hours proving your skills. I went through 4 rounds (including over 1.5 hours of technical grilling) and cleared everything — only to be judged in a 20-minute managerial round where my profile was put on hold. If a company can’t evaluate a candidate after 3 full rounds but makes a random decision in 20 minutes, it clearly shows how broken, disorganized, and cheap their process is.
