Applied in November, they got back to me after a month with a challenging but fun take-home task that showed off my understanding of the role and online media. Then I had an online interview with the hiring manager and their senior, which was positive and had tough questions, but the atmosphere was great. They said I'd hear back within a week, but then HR and another senior member asked for an additional interview. This was also a very positive experience with a great atmosphere.

I applied and the hiring manager got back to me about a week later. We set up an interview and talked for about an hour about the job. They asked about my future goals, how my coworkers would see me, and a lot about my past experience and what salary I was looking for. I think my salary expectations were higher than they were willing to pay. After our chat, I didn't hear back from them and only got an automated email saying they weren't moving forward with my application. It's fine, but it felt a little strange to get a canned LinkedIn message after an hour-long Skype call.

It was ok. A lot of back and forth with various HR folks. Then 2 interviews, then an editing task. Then another editing task. Then I got ignored and assumed unsuccessful after I sent 2 emails asking for feedback. For a company that has good reviews, I felt treated pretty poorly as a candidate who knows.
