I went through a few interviews with Little Dot and even did a project they asked for. I really tried my best because I was super interested in the job and the team. After the last interview, I followed up twice in two weeks and heard nothing back, not even a simple message saying they'd filled the spot. I get not getting the job, but if I'm going to put my time and effort into your process, I expect the same level of respect and communication. For a company that claims to be creative and collaborative, this lack of communication was disappointing and unprofessional.

So I interviewed for a VP role. The interviews weren't hard, but the communication was terrible. I kept getting ghosted between stages, and then they'd suddenly reappear. The worst part was reaching the final in-person round with the US business leaders, and then... nothing. No one from HR or the leads responded, even after I followed up. It felt really inconsiderate and makes me wonder about the company culture.

Behavioral Presentation

I interviewed at Little Dot Studios. My first interview with two hiring managers was really positive and engaging, and they were enthusiastic about my past experience, which made me very excited about the role. A couple of weeks later, I found out I'd advanced to the second round and had to complete a task. After finishing the task, I had my second interview, where I had to present it to two more hiring managers. This second interview was a totally negative experience. Neither of the hiring managers seemed interested or enthusiastic about me as a candidate. Partway through my presentation, with only two slides left, one of them abruptly stopped me. I left the interview feeling it was a complete waste of my time.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I went through two rounds of this, both with the Partnerships Manager and Head of Creative. They were super transparent about the role and responsibilities and were able to answer my questions with ease (I had a lot of them). I didn't end up getting the job offer, but I was offered a different role within the company. I would've actually accepted it if it weren't a maternity cover.
