First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Little Caesars Pizza.
Cook
It was a laid-back and informal interview process. If you are ready for common interview questions, you will do great. It's basically the standard procedures and operations for fast food jobs. Wishing everyone the best in their upcoming interviews.
- What is your availability regarding work hours?
Cashier
It was a good experience. The manager was relaxed and friendly. They inquired about my past employment and how I worked with colleagues. It was a pleasant chat. The other staff appeared content and seemed to like their work! I'd rate the entire process as excellent! Well done!
- Can you describe your previous role?
Cashier
I was grabbing pizza one day and the cashier mentioned they were hiring, needing people 16 or older. I was 17 then, so I went to the library the next day to print out an application and applied in person. I told the manager I could work anytime. He said he'd call people in for interviews within 5-7 days. I waited, and about six days later, he called me in for an interview that same afternoon. I went in wearing a simple black knee-length cotton sundress and sandals. I introduced myself, and the manager took me outside to talk. It was super quick, with maybe five easy questions. I hadn't practiced much, but I didn't mess up. It was my first job interview, so I highlighted my babysitting experience and school activities. I made eye contact and gave a firm handshake. He mentioned he had more interviews to do but would let me know about the job in 3-4 days. Four days later, he called and offered me the cashier position. We swapped emails, and they started processing my uniform order and direct deposit info.
