Cool, fast and easy, was about less than 30 mins and also clean and not uncomfortable like many other places. Good place and I think it’s work a shot to work for them and then they have a lot more money to pay and then y

As a manager at Little Caesars, you'll be juggling a lot of tasks at once, running the day-to-day stuff, and leading your team. It's a tough gig that really hones your leadership chops, though it does mean some seriously long hours. All in all, it was an okay experience.

The whole interview thing lasted about four weeks. It started when a recruiter reached out online and we set up a phone chat. I picked an afternoon time that worked for me. But, on the day, the recruiter never called, so I had to call them instead and leave a message. About 20 minutes later, the recruiter called back, super sorry about the delay. They put me on hold for a bit to look at my resume. The recruiter was really nice, professional, and easy to talk to. We talked about my experience and the job. They also asked about my salary expectations. At the end, they said my info would go to the hiring manager for an in-person interview. The next morning, the recruiter called back – the hiring manager wanted to meet. I got an email with benefits info and an application to fill out for the in-person interview. On the interview day, I got there 20 minutes early, but we started 10 minutes late because the recruiter was busy. It was pretty uncomfortable waiting in the lobby for about half an hour on a really hot day. That was the first weird sign – a late recruiter and an uncomfortable lobby. When the recruiter finally met me, we went upstairs to a nice, air-conditioned room where the hiring manager and another employee were waiting. They were both really nice and seemed like great people to work with. The interview was supposed to be 45 minutes but went for an hour and a half, which I guess is good if it went well. After each step, I did all the right things – sent thank you notes, followed up, etc. I emailed the recruiter a few days after the in-person interview. They said they were waiting to hear from the hiring manager, who was traveling. I didn't hear back for two weeks, so I followed up again. The recruiter said they still didn't know because they were still interviewing. A week later, I reached out again, and after a few days, I got a message saying they'd hired someone else. Honestly, I felt insulted they weren't upfront. I get that interviewing is tough, but candidates put in a lot of effort too. The disorganization and poor communication throughout the process at Little Caesar's makes me wonder how the company actually runs – like a disorganized family. They seemed nice but really messy. Maybe that's the main takeaway. I just hope the person they hired does well.
