The entire hiring process involved 6 stages in total. The first stage was an online proctored test with 25 aptitude and technical questions. Next, an online coding round with two easy-medium difficulty questions followed. The third stage was an in-person written coding test at the Litmus7 Kochi facility, featuring algorithmic questions like DP and greedy. Each stage acted as a filter, and you could only advance by passing the preceding one. If you passed the written test, you'd be called for interviews the same day, so be ready. The subsequent stage was an interview that could last up to an hour, covering basic to intermediate Java, networking, database concepts, a couple of queries, and your projects. Passing this interview meant you'd be notified of your status. The next stage was a second interview, which was tougher, with two coding questions and application-level problems on databases and object-oriented concepts. After clearing this, you'd have an HR round, which was online for me, occurring five days after the interview. The HR round wasn't particularly challenging.

Coding Technical

This was a 3-step interview process. First was a coding interview, which was easy (practicing leetcode can help). Then there was a technical interview. Finally, an HR call. The staffs were friendly and encouraging, and it seems like an innovative company. It's a good place to work in.

I was part of a campus drive. The first two rounds were conducted at our college, and the subsequent ones took place at the Litmus7 office. The process included an Aptitude Test, followed by a Coding Test, then two Technical Interviews, and finally an HR Interview. Each stage was an elimination round.
