I went through two rounds of interviews, but unfortunately, I didn't get an offer. Even so, it seemed like a really good place to work. The interviews were about average difficulty. Based on my experience, I'd still recommend them.

I sent in my resume, and then heard back about 2 months later. The recruiter started off by telling me about how the company was a mess because they had bought a lot of other companies, but they thought it was getting better. He said I would be a really good fit and that he wouldn't tell me this stuff if I wasn't. This part took about 10 minutes and he didn't ask me anything, except at the very end when he asked if I had any questions. He set up a second interview for the next week, but then he had to reschedule it last minute. We finally talked again, and he said he would set up a meeting with the team lead. He told me to text him back the next week, which I did. The following week he texted me, "Make sure to ping me again next week", so I did. I texted and emailed him every few days for 2 weeks (I kept it friendly, like "Hey Recruiter! Just wanted to check in on my application and see if we could set up that second interview") before I figured out I was being ghosted.

It was absolute chaos, the peak of dysfunction. I interviewed for 3 rounds for the Lito team and got a rejection email at 2am. The recruiter was confused about not having feedback. I accidentally applied again and spoke with a new recruiter. I gave him my ID and asked for feedback from the prior cycle and said I'd be happy to be considered for a different team. No feedback was given, and I went into another random coding interview. The interviewers didn't even know anything about the team I'd be working on. I used it as an opportunity to practice leetcode, otherwise I felt totally disrespected and it was a waste of time.
