First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lite-On Technology.
Engineer
I went through a 2-round interview process, first online, then onsite. The hiring manager was nice, but HR made it really difficult. HR messed up the interview date three times. The worst part was when I got onsite for the final round, I waited 30 minutes and then they told me there was another scheduling mistake and I should have been there on a different day. I took time off work and prepared a special technical presentation, and to get a standard rejection with no feedback and then see the job reposted right away was really unprofessional.

Engineer
I applied for an entry level engineer role. The interview process was fast and the interviewers were nice. The questions they asked were easy. I got the offer about a week after my interview, which was just one hour long.
- Are you familiar with Lite-On products?
Equipment Engineer
I was asked about the understanding behind OEE and what can be done to improve OEE of a production line. Also asked how to calculate takt time. I mentioned about 8D and Lean tools like 5 WHY, Bonefish and explained all those tools one by one.
