After applying, I got a quick reply from the recruiter and scheduled my phone interview using their online calendar. The confirmation came through. On the interview day, nobody called. I waited about 10 minutes, then emailed them. They replied a few minutes later, saying the interview wasn't on their calendar but they could talk now if I was still available. It's weird if the program didn't add it, but you'd think they'd check it works. I wonder how many people miss interviews because the recruiter's calendar is messed up. The actual phone interview was pretty standard. I asked about the recent layoffs and restructuring, since reviews mentioned big job cuts in late 2018. They said the restructuring was why they were launching the new West Coast team.

I sent in my resume and cover letter through the website and then a recruiter called me. They first had me do a skill assessment. After that, I had 3 interviews (usually it's 2, but they had some scheduling issues). I also did a timed cognitive test and a personality evaluation.

It was a very straightforward process. I first met with HR, then the hiring manager, and after that, I had a more "culture"-focused interview with another team’s manager. Overall, it was an enjoyable and efficient experience, and I don’t have any complaints. The recruiting team was knowledgeable and kind.
