The hiring process itself is easy, it has a short Portuguese and math test (4 simple questions), a dictation of 4 words (also simple), a 5-minute typing test and a small group interview. However, the biggest challenge for other candidates and me was the extremely long wait for the process to happen. It was supposed to start at 8:30 AM, but the first test only began around 9:40 AM. Between stages, they moved candidates between rooms, making us wait for very long periods. I left there around 5:30 PM - many others and I had arrived around 7 AM. So, a hiring process that made us stay at the building for approximately 10 hours. What's more, none of this was communicated beforehand by email, and the company only provided water from the fountains. The recruiter was polite when telling us the words, explaining the job role, benefits, and that LIQ outsources this telemarketing service to various companies. However, this issue with the timing and not warning about such delays made the company's image negative for me. Honestly, I hope this was an exception, but for those going to LIQ's hiring processes, pay attention.

The process was organized and easy, though a bit slow because of scoring delays. We started with a basic online test that included a dictation, 5 Portuguese questions, and 5 math questions. Then, we did typing and personality tests. Afterward, we waited in a room for the interviewer to ask about my experience, strengths, weaknesses, etc.
