Attendant
The interview process was very dynamic and interactive, divided into phases. Everything was related to a call center. It was a while ago, so I don't remember much, but that was basically it. The important thing is to have computer skills because they accepted first-time job applicants.

The interview had several stages, all based on group dynamics. First, there was a typing test. If you passed that, the second stage involved reading some sentences to assess speaking skills. After that, group dynamics started. They were quick but eliminatory, mainly looking at attention span, creativity, and conflict resolution skills.

Analista Gamer
The interview was one-on-one with each candidate, which was different from what I'd seen at other companies. There were four employees, including the owner, and they were all very friendly. It was relaxed, and I didn't have to keep my camera on. They asked me a lot of questions, and it lasted almost an hour. They said the response would come in about two weeks, but I actually got a message that same day, near evening, saying I was approved.

- Regarding the game, what characters do you like, what routes do you play, and how did you first get into gaming?
- Imagine a scenario where a customer requests a refund; how would you handle it? Also, consider ethical situations you might face at work.
