First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lippincott.
Intern
It was a good 30-minute interview process. We went through my CV and talked about my experiences and how they relate to branding. It ended with a question about your favorite brand and how they can market themselves to appeal to younger generations while staying true to their brand values.
- What's your favorite brand and how can they market to younger people while keeping their brand values?
Intern
it was a pretty simple process: two rounds total. the first was in person at my school in new york, and the second was online with a partner. we both started with a couple of behavioral questions, like 'tell me about yourself,' and then we moved into about 5-6 case questions each.
- What kinds of messaging would this brand use to appeal to a younger gen z audience?
Intern
I was 'stood up' for two interviews with Lippincott - in the first, my interviewer did not show up on the zoom call at all, and I got an email 25 minutes in that the interview would be rescheduled. The second, 2 minutes before it was supposed to begin I was notified that it would be rescheduled once more. I was finally interviewed on the third attempt.
- Tell me about a brand you like and explain your reasoning.
