So first we had to send in our CV and Cover Letter. Then I had a 30 minute call with the head of HR in New York. Finally, I had an in person interview day that was about 2-3 hours long.

It was a really interesting case interview process. The interviewer was nice and helpful. It wasn't a standard case interview, though; it was more focused on the brand and creative problem-solving. They could give more info on their website about the process, but maybe they want to surprise interviewees.
