I had my first interview with HR, it was a personal chat and everything was in English. After that, I had a technical interview with the Development Technical leader, which went well and we discussed coding, technologies, algorithms, and other key concepts. Finally, I had another technical interview with two project managers.

I had 3 interview rounds that lasted 5 hours total. Two were technical interviews, each lasting over 2 hours, and a final HR interview that took less than an hour. Unfortunately, I was rejected after all these interviews due to my English proficiency, which I feel should have been assessed earlier during the screen call. This felt like a waste of time.
