First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Link Development.
Program Manager
It was an easy process but has a lot of steps, starting with a phone screening then a physical interview then a presentation then a final interview, which I thought was a little too much! but they were very responsive and replied after each steps quickly.
- Tell me about a time you had to handle conflict.
Senior Frontend Engineer
I applied online, then got a call from HR who asked about my expected salary and notice period. After that, I had a technical interview with the team lead, followed by a task that had a 3-day deadline.
- Can you tell me about CSS Position?
- What are CSS font size units and how do they work?
- How can elements be resized in CSS?
ERP Consultant
The interview was good, started with a personal chat, then went into main ERP system functions covering finance and supply chain. We also talked about previous experience, specifically in accounting, covering the purchase cycle, checks cycle, Dynamics AX, budget register, budget planning, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bill of exchange.
- Can you describe the primary functions of ERP systems?
- Could you elaborate on your background with finance in ERP systems?
- What is your experience with ERP's supply chain capabilities?
Senior Mobile Developer
i was headhunted on linkedin and set up an interview. first, i had to fill out a full application with my current qualifications, skills, and salary expectations. then, i had an HR interview. after that, i met with the practice manager for a technical interview. the HR person then told me they would send an interview test to complete within 3 days. i did my best and sent it back with all the required things, technologies, and test cases. they said they'd reply within a month. i followed up after a month and they said they'd send it by the end of the week. months have passed and i've heard nothing back. it's very rude to not reply after i invested so much time in the interview, technical test, and follow-up. this is not a good experience.
- Can you tell me about your career aspirations?
- What are your methods for self-improvement and professional development?
