Worst interview experience ever, totally unprofessional. I passed the first two rounds virtually and was invited for the third round with the CTO. When I got to the office, they made me wait over an hour, then repeated the second round and gave me negative feedback. Definitely not a place worth my time.

So, first there was like this HR call where they asked about my background and what I expect salary-wise. After that, I had to do a technical test that covered Java, SQL, and algorithms. Then, I had a technical chat with a senior dev, and finally, I talked to the manager. The whole thing was pretty straightforward, professional, and organized.

There were 2 technical rounds and then an HR round. The interviewer was really nice and told me about the company, the whole interview process and the job. He also talked openly about the company culture, what they expect from you and what a typical day is like. They make decisions fast, I heard back in about 2 hours after the interview.

Behavioral Technical

I sent my application by email to HR, I was contacted a week later to have the interview in Arceuil (94), I had the interview with 2 people: 1 manager and an operational person, they were very nice, the manager asked me questions about my background and my work-study rhythm and the operational person asked me technical questions, the only thing I didn't like is that: they told me I would have my answer the next day because they were going on vacation, but no news! I called HR several times, she didn't answer me, then she sent me an email to tell me I wasn't accepted.
