The interview process was a full day of back-to-back one on ones with the most important people. You'll be meeting with other engineers who are knowledgeable about your specific area. We also had lunch with the maintenance manager, and the day concluded with a final review session with the plant manager. In total, there were about 6 to 7 interviews, each lasting 30 minutes. While there is a scorecard, it's not the deciding factor for hiring; the final decision comes from a group discussion.

The interview coordination was smooth. It involved about 7-8 one-on-one interviews remotely and another 7-8 one-on-one interviews at HQ. The interviewers were really thorough; one had like 3-4 pages of questions prepared and I had to go through them with minimal guidance. Just make sure you know your basics well.
