Product Manager
It was online. I had to go to supermarkets to show I knew their products. Then I had to present to the interview team. They wanted me to take pictures of three different kinds of displays from different angles and then answer questions about them.
- What's your motivation for wanting to join Lindt?
Product Manager
Applied on the Lindt website, it was a pretty straightforward process. About 3-4 weeks later, I got a call from the manager asking me to come into the store for an in-person interview. The interview lasted 40 minutes and was entirely situational questions. The manager read from about 4 pages of questions and wrote down my answers. It didn't feel like a real conversation, which was kind of awkward.
- Can you share an instance when you encountered a challenge?
- Describe a situation where you collaborated within a team.
Product Manager
Online application followed by an HR interview covering profile, studies, motivations, and past experiences. Then, a Manager interview with a business case, discussing professional background, skills, motivations, and goals. This also included an analysis exercise to assess Excel and data panel proficiency.
- What drives your interest in the agri-food sector?
- Could you elaborate on your background, your educational journey, and what motivates you?
- What have been your previous roles and responsibilities?
