First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lindt & Sprüngli.
Marketing Trainee
First there was a general introduction, then a case study. I was shown two product packaging designs, but wasn't told which was the new one. I had to identify the new design and explain the changes that were apparent upon comparison.
- Why were our product designs changed, and which customer needs did these changes address?
Marketing
The interview process was organized and professional. I had great conversations discussing the role, the business, and the brands. They are clearly passionate about the brand. The office location was okay, nothing special. Everyone I met was very welcoming. Overall, it was a great experience.
- Could you tell me more about your experience related to this role?
- What are your thoughts on our business and brands?
- What makes you passionate about our brand?
Marketing
The interview process was quite long, involving multiple interviews, a test, a presentation, and a reference check. The decision-making process wasn't super clear, but the people I met were really nice and friendly. Overall, it was a neutral experience.
- All the standard questions were asked, with nothing unexpected.
