The interview experience was terrible. I traveled a long way, attended a presentation, and then took a challenging spelling test and a difficult critical thinking analysis test. Despite my efforts, I was not invited to continue to the next part of the interview. There were four candidates, and none of us were asked to stay, which was quite embarrassing. I consider myself a good speller, and the test included words like 'cacophony' and 'pucillanimous.' The critical thinking test evaluated my skills in inferences, deductive reasoning, making assumptions, and drawing conclusions. It felt like I performed well, but apparently, it wasn't enough.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.

So first there was a spelling test, done in person. Then there was a logical analysis assessment. You got timed for the video spelling test. Then you had to finish a logical assessment. I have a masters in reading and learning disabilities and have been employed as a reading specialist for 24 years.

Tutor
It was a formal but comfortable interview process. There was a group/panel interview, followed by a one-on-one. Then a background check and a health check, which included a TB test. After that, there was another phone interview, and then a group interview with other applicants where we had group questions. The initial questions were basic common interview questions, but they became more detailed. In the one-on-one, the questions were harder and required more sophisticated responses, but I felt prepared and secure.
- What would you do if you saw a spilled vase on the floor?
