It was a two-round interview process for an intern role. The first interview was with the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADN) and a head nurse. The second interview was with the Chief Nursing Officer. Both interviews were pretty average. I found out I got the job pretty quickly after.

There was an open call interview with various hiring managers from different units. They asked what unit/s I was interested in, and I had to wait in line to interview with the managers. I ended up interviewing for the ER because I already have med-surg experience, and the line for med-surg was really long.
