Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Limble CMMS.
Sales Development Representative
They started with a 30-min recruiter screen to go over the role and ask basic questions. Then there was a 45-min panel interview with the SDR manager and GTM lead where I had to do a cold call roleplay and answer some questions. The last interview was a 30-40 min Zoom call with the Director of Sales Dev about team structure, expectations, and their coaching style. I liked the people, but they were cagey about quota numbers and didn't give me a decision a week after the final interview like they said they would, so I accepted another offer.
- How would you prioritize from a list of 200 accounts?
Sales Development Representative
The first step is a phone screening where we'll talk about your interest in the role and why you think you're a good fit. You'll also get some homework. The second interview goes more in-depth about you, your work ethic, and what motivates you, and includes a role-play. The third interview is more of a formality, like an offer is already on the table, and the head of sales just wants to officially welcome you.
- What is your driving motivation?
- What makes you a good candidate?
Sales Development Representative
I applied in February 2022 and got a quick response. Matt called me and was willing to give me a chance. I went through all three interview rounds and got nothing but praise and claims of transparency. However, at the end, I was met with dishonesty. I was told the decision would take only two business days, but they completely ghosted me. I even tried calling and texting for a response and was just told they were still deciding after two weeks. This was funny because Jeff had said, and I quote, 'we are not one of those companies that will make you wait 2 weeks to give you and answer.' It took nearly three months in total to finally get a rejection letter. I find it amusing how the sales managers preached about being positive and transparent, yet they lack these qualities themselves. They also misrepresented the compensation, which appears to be much higher on Glassdoor. You should do better and stop lying to potential team members.
- Do not work here. There are red flags everywhere.
