First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Limble CMMS.
Business Development Representative Lead
The interview process was pretty standard. It included a recruiter, hiring manager, and VP. They were all really good about answering my questions. It's a solid company. The interview questions were very typical. The interviews moved at a good pace and were all finished in about 10 days. I even got feedback after they decided not to move forward with an offer.

Sales Development Representative
They started with a 30-min recruiter screen to go over the role and ask basic questions. Then there was a 45-min panel interview with the SDR manager and GTM lead where I had to do a cold call roleplay and answer some questions. The last interview was a 30-40 min Zoom call with the Director of Sales Dev about team structure, expectations, and their coaching style. I liked the people, but they were cagey about quota numbers and didn't give me a decision a week after the final interview like they said they would, so I accepted another offer.
- How would you prioritize from a list of 200 accounts?
Product Manager
The interviewer felt I was a good cultural and skills match and said they would pass my resume to senior management, and even tentatively scheduled a follow-up call. I followed up via email expressing my gratitude and sent two more emails later on to try and schedule the next interview round. But, I was completely ghosted! The job posting was taken down and the tentative interview date passed, and I never heard back. I was surprised given Limble CMMS's emphasis on culture and hiring the right people, starting with good recruiters. Hopefully, this was just a one-off, but this kind of treatment makes me hesitant to apply to future roles here.
- When could you start at Limble?
Technical Support Engineer
So first, I had a recruiter screener call, which was super chill and organized. Then, I got an email to set up a technical interview with the hiring manager and head developer. That went great. A week later, I scheduled a cultural interview with the same people, but they managed to get another developer lead to join in last minute. That also went well. I thought that was it, but then I got another email for a product interview. The first part was a live demo of tickets with a specialist and the hiring manager. The second part, I met with the head developer again and the VP of development. They hit me with technical questions about escalations and debugging. Even though I didn't know their product well, I felt I did well on all the interviews. But then, a week after the last one, the recruiter sent a rejection. My main issue is that it took them four weeks to decide, and the last two interviews could have definitely been combined and been more organized.
